Summers in St. Moritz are a blessing. You will return home with plenty of impressions and fond memories after such a holiday of a first-class outdoor experience.
Let's start with the mountain world: There are three 3Ks in and around St. Moritz and all of them are easily reached by modern mountain lifts: Piz Nair, Corvatsch and Diavolezza. Plus there is the "house mountain" Corviglia and Muottas Muragl with its magnificent view. For those that do not want to get that high, there are plenty of beautiful hiking trails in the valley. And trails for all levels are available for joggers and Trailrunner.
Would you like to know of a place where there are sailing regattas in the summer? Welcome to the High Engadine with its legendary Maloja wind. The early birds who want to outpower themselves in the early morning, when the winds are still dormant, go rowing. The almost kitschy mountain lakes do not only invite to swim, stand-up paddling, kiting or surfing are other options.
The Engadine biking scene is also very exciting: more and more trails are being designed for the ever more popular e-bikes. Biking schools offer upmarket services and special events attract an international crowd.
The Tennis & Squash Center St. Moritz offers two outdoor sand courts with beautiful mountain-view, four indoor tennis and two squash courts. Other excursion highlights are the famous and breath-taking Bernina-Glaciers-Train, helicopter flights into the Engadine mountains, equestrian sports and gliding.
