St. Moritz – A treasure trove full of snow sports

It is not a surprise that the whole world associates the word St. Moritz with impressive mountain peaks, covered in sparkling snow, with ski sport in luxury class and unique winter lifestyle. The "mountainous heart" of skiing are the St. Moritz home mountain Corviglia and the other two large skiing areas of Corvatsch and Diavolezza.

Experience the Engadine's winter wonderland in its pure and original way by hiking. The region provides family-friendly hiking trails, which even allow you to push baby buggies across the packed snow,  magic trails through forests and over sunny hills.

And for those  who prefer  to walk up but not down, don't forget your sleigh, the most classic sledding area in the whole region is most certainly Muottas Muragl.

Numerous options in fresh air

...and much more fun in the snow

Cross-country skiing, ice skating, A Natural bobsled run & Curling!

220 km of perfectly prepared cross-country tracks  around St. Moritz make hearts beat faster. Amongst others, the most famous 42 km of all Switzerland, the tracks of the Engadine Ski Marathon from Maloja to Schanf. In the  Plazza Rosatsch in St. Moritz-Bad, cheerful children, happy parents and couples can take their rounds on the adventure ice rink  «GLATSCHIN» between December and March. Market huts offer warm and cold refreshments.

You can visit the  only natural bobsled run worldwide: the legendary Olympia Bob Run St. Moritz-Celerina. Experience the run which was created without any artificial ice as a  «taxi guest», you will most certainly be impressed. The first ever  Curling tournament on the continent took place in St. Moritz.
